Kareena Kapoor On Heroine |
Kareena Kapoor doesn't like the media's hyper focus on her marriage to Saif Ali Khan. She would prefer the media focus on her upcoming film Heroine.
Speaking on an aside at the Lakme Fashion Week where she was the showstopper at the finale show, Kareena said she is sad that her marriage has become a national joke. She wants media/fans to back off after a certain point.
"The wedding's on, but beyond a point, I don't think my fans or media need to know more," said Kareena [Via HT]

Talking of Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine, she said, "In my career, there's been so much failure, that I don't think anybody is better prepared for it than me. But while this movie (Heroine) is not flawless, I know that it will be a success. I've seen the film's rushes and I've never looked this good." (No, Kareena has never been known for her modesty!)
Heroine will bow on September 21.
