The 33-year-old rocked a number from the Italian designer's Fall/Winter 2012 collection.
The floor grazing gown featured an open deep back. It was accented with leather straps and tiered ruffle detail. Nargis carried off the daring decolletage dress with aplomb flaunting her enviable toned slim back and arms.
