Kristen Stewart's public apology to Robert Pattinson in a statement released shortly after her cheating became public knowledge on July 25, aggravated Robs hurt rather than assuage it.
The statement included a first time open declaration of love for Rob, but the problem is Kristen didn't give a heads-up on the statement to him.
"He read it online and was livid that Kristen is out there giving a statement and he's the last person to know about it," a source close to Rob tells Us Weekly's new issue.

Insiders tell Us Weekly, Rob had waited years to hear Kristen use the 'L' word, but when she did, it was only to soften the severe blow of the betrayal.
It's moot whether the apology and declaration of love will neutralize the imprint being left on Rob's mind from the steady stream of photos showing Kristen's steamy makeout with Rupert Sanders on July 17 in LA that continue to appear online and in tabloids.
"He's wondered, if he were to ever salvage this relationship, how would he even go about doing that?" Rob's friend asked.
