Kareena Kapoor Dazzles as Lakme Fashion Week 2012 Grand Finale Showstopper

Kareena Kapoor dropped jaws as the closing act for designers Pankaj and Nidhi Ahuja, and Kallol Dutta at the Grand Finale of LFW Winter/Festive 2012 at Hotel Grand Hyatt in Mumbai on Tuesday, August 7.
The actress was doing the honors as the brand ambassador of the cosmetic brand, Lakme.
Kareena scorched the ramp twice. For Kallol Dutta she strutted a black and white creation with black leggings, a plunging bustier top, a graphic print jacket featuring short sleeves and belted waist.
For the designer duo Pankaj and Nidhi Ahuja, who were making their LFW debut, she wore an all black leather accented top with long fringe, braids and flower detailing.
She accessorized with a statement spiked necklace with the Kallol Dutta dress but retained the black peeptoe booties for both the looks.

Her hair was styled swept away from the face and tied in a braided high chignon.
Makeup was dramatic: Smoky silver eyes with thick winged lohl liner, pink lipstick and pink blush.
Pankaj and Nidhi were elated with the response they got to their collection. They also showed their gratitude for the actress.
"Having Kareena (Kapoor) walk the ramp for us helped a lot. Our brand got noticed a lot more due to this. Also, she has noticed us and was asking about our collection. It is very exciting and we are happy," they told IANS.
