Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are ready to exchange vows; verbally like ordinary mortals, as well as with 500,000 pound gold and diamond wedding bands with the vows engraved, befitting their status as showbiz royalty.
A source tells The Sun that the couple ordered the bands earlier this year from their jeweler Robert Procop, who earlier worked with British jewelers Asprey & Garrard.
Since then, Robert has been working on the bands at the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, in the south of France. The bands are now ready for delivery.
"They are matching rose gold bands with a tablet-cut diamond in them and their vows to each other engraved in them.
"You can't see it with the naked eye but they both know they're there."
Late last week, there was intense speculation that the Hollywood power couple would wed over the weekend at their Chateau Miraval home in the south France, but that didn't happen.
