| Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes Settlement Talks Focused on Suri Cruise |
Lawyers representing Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have been meeting for hours every day to arrive at an out of court settlement of their divorce, with Tom's legal team focused primarily on safeguarding his parental rights over their 6-year-old daughter Suri Cruise.
The lawyers reportedly sat face to face the entire day on Saturday.
Sources tell TMZ, that Tom is insisting the settlement provide "meaningful, significant contact with his daughter."
"She is the primary concern in his life," one source told TMZ.
As reported earlier, after sparring through the media Cruise and Holmes called a truce and put their lawyers to work to reach a settlement. The estranged couple has suspended all legal actions to amicably settle contentious issues: those concerning Suri - custody, child support and visitation - as well as division of their property.
The negotiations are reported to be 'calm' but TMZ sources say they are still "in flux" and could go North or South.
