On February 15, a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge deemed that the former couple's divorce would be final on April 15.
Aguilera first filed for divorce in October of 2010. The filing came just days after the couple announced their separation.

Aguilera opened up about her divorce late last year, telling whttp://www.people.com she and her husband grew apart around the time she began filming "Burlesque."
"We were great the first year after Max was born. Jordan was amazing. He was the first to change Max's diaper," the singer told People in December. "Then things turned. I was nurturing Max and felt independent in that relationship. Then I went right into filming 'Burlesque' [in fall 2009].
"As a musician, you're with your posse all the time, and during the movie I removed myself from mine," she continued. "So I had an independence I'd never felt before. I was growing leaps and bounds daily. I went from being a girl to a woman."

Robert Pattinson Likens Leaving Edward Cullen Behind To 'A Breakup'; 'Twilight' Stars Return To Los Angeles After Wrapping 'Breaking Dawn'

Robert Pattinson
LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The days of playing "The Twilight Saga's" sexy Edward Cullen are coming to an end for Robert Pattinson, who skyrocketed to international heartthrob status with the release of the series' first film in 2008.
Now, as the actor wraps up his last scenes for the highly anticipated final installment, "Breaking Dawn," R-Pattz says it's almost as if he's losing his better half.
"It does feel like a breakup. I do love the guy -- and I'm going to miss him," Robert recently told the Chicago Sun-Times of leaving the beloved character behind. "I prefer to think of ending this franchise like leaving school. It's the last day of high school."
While parting with the romantic bloodsucker is sweetly sorrowful, there are certain aspects of becoming Edward that the Brit said he would not miss.
"I'll be very glad not to put those contacts in anymore or have to put on the sparkling makeup," he told the paper with a laugh.
Robert is moving on to tackle more mature roles - he joins Reese Witherspoon in the upcoming romance, "Water for Elephants," which hits theaters on April 22 -- and then will be seen in the dark drama "Bel Ami," where he'll stray from his nice-guy image to play a cruel womanizer.
However, no matter what sort of lofty material the handsome star moves onto, Robert said he's grateful to have been part of the "Twilight" family.
"It's been amazing to play the same character through so many adventures. And it's so strange because my life has changed so much over these years, but 'Twilight' and Edward Cullen will always be a part of me," he told the paper.
"It's been my whole life. My whole 20s," he added. "And I wouldn't have it any other way."
In related news, Robert's fellow "Breaking Dawn" stars are trickling back into Los Angeles after wrapping filming on the franchise's final installment, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part II."
Actors Jackson Rathbone, Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene were photographed arriving at LAX International Airport (separately) on Thursday, returning from filming near Vancouver, Canada.

Paris Hilton ready to show real self in new TV show

Paris Hilton on Show
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - You've seen her on the red carpet, famously walking out of jail, and working on a farm in "The Simple Life".
But now Paris Hilton says she is showing a side of herself on television that fans have never seen before -- the down to earth, funny, relatable girl who nevertheless has a multimillion business based on being famous for being famous.
"On 'The Simple Life', I was playing a character. Now people will get to see my real world, my friends, my house, my business," Hilton said on Friday.
"I would never have done a show like this five, ten years ago. I wasn't really comfortable with myself. I have been through so much. I have nothing to hide. It's like, what else can happen? I was ready to show myself," she told TV journalists.
"The World According to Paris" debuts on the U.S. cable channel Oxygen in June, and follows Hilton, her mother Kathy Hilton, and friends including Brooke Mueller, the third ex-wife of actor Charlie Sheen.
Hilton, 30, the great-granddaughter of Hilton hotels founder Conrad Hilton, has rarely been out of the headlines in the last 10 years.
She got her hands dirty with friend Nicole Richie in "The Simple Life" from 2003-2007, and searched for a best friend in a 2008 reality TV series. In 2007, she famously spent three weeks in a Los Angeles jail for violating her probation on a reckless driving conviction, and last year she was convicted of cocaine possession in Las Vegas.
In between, she launched international lines of fashion, hair, fragrance and shoes that she either helps design or endorses.
Executive producer Arthur Smith said the new TV show was "an all access look at Paris."
"There has been so much written about Paris over the years. This was a great opportunity to get to know the real Paris," he said.
Smith said his view of Hilton had completely changed from his preconceptions before starting work on the series.
"She really is so down to earth. She goes through things that every woman goes through -- so many relatable things. She is also really funny and likes to have a good time," Smith said.
