Enjoying a brief moment of British sunshine, Lana sang to the London crowds in one of her typical cutesy-retro ensembles, and looked absolutely gorgeous doing it!Lana, of course, rocked her signature 60s inspired look, with heavy, cat-flicked lids and big Brigette Bardot hair.
