Charlie Sheen is going to court tomorrow, well his attorney Mark Gross is, to ask the court to change full legal and physical custody from Brooke Mueller to Charlie, all because Brooke is back on drugs or alcohol, and is back in rehab. If Charlie were to get custody he would then ask the court to terminate his $55,000 per month child support obligation.
Brooke’s lawyers plan to defend her by asking the court for full custody, and to ask the court to order Charlie to get a psychological evaluation. This might sound crazy since Brooke is the person having all the problems right now, but that’s exactly what the sexist court might do. Don’t be surprised if Brooke’s lawyers actually get what they are asking for.In a logical world Charlie would have two problems, the fact he is on tour, and the fact he lives with two very young and emotionally disturbed p*rn stars that have both had trouble with the law, as has Charlie.
Right now Brooke’s mother is taking care of the twins, and she lied for Brooke just last week despite knowing her daughter was back on drugs or alcohol. Grandma was not thinking of what is best for the twins, just her daughter.
Since I believe our courts are extremely sexist against men, here’s what I think will happen in court. Brooke will retain custody of the kids, and continue to collect child support, and Charlie will be stuck with the exact same visitation schedule. Put another way, nothing will change, except the court will once again reissue the order that Brooke needs to cooperate with the drug testing that she refused right before going to rehab.
