| Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Are Engaged |
Justin Theroux popped the question to Jennifer Aniston on Friday, August 10, his 41st birthday, and she said yes!
Theroux's rep told People magazine, "Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage."
Aniston, 43, and Theroux, 41, first met on the set of David Wain's Wanderlust in Georgia, late 2010. They kicked off rumors of being a couple when they were seen together enjoying a romantic evening at West Hollywood's Sunset Towers' Tower Bar, May 18, 2011.
They have been living together since August 2011.
Ironically, and perhaps comically, Star magazine in its new issue reports that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux split on July 11.
According to the magazine, Aniston gave up on the relationship after Theroux failed to propose during their June vacation in Paris.
Before he started dating Aniston, Theroux had been in a 14 year relationship with stylis Heidi Bivens.
Aniston married Brad Pitt on July 29, 2000, following a high profile relationship.
The marriage, initially considered a rare Hollywood success story, started to unravel late in 2004; they announced their separation on January 7, 2005.
Following her divorce from Pitt, Aniston dated Vince Vaughn, Gerard Butler and John Mayer.
