| US Women Score Synchronized Diving Silver Medal |
Abby Johnston and Kelci Bryant chilled after breakfast with a few episodes of Burn Notice and Pretty Little Liars and then headed to the London Aquatic Center. The pair had 5 great dives today, with the duo from China the only better team.
Abby and Kelci snagged the first diving medal for the US team since 2000, a silver. “We definitely expected a lot out of ourselves, and obviously we wanted a medal, but we also knew we could only control ourselves,” Bryant said. “Our goal was to hit every one of our dives to the best that we could do. We did that. The medal is definitely a good bonus.”
