This one is pure genius. Although it’s not even remotely an attempt at a literal translation — nor even a real word! — nevertheless the Germans thought this title would perfectly represent Vin Diesel’s tough-guy nanny act in the 2005 comedy. Weirdly, it actually succeeds in implying the opposite kind of meaning, sounding more akin to something like the boogieman. Yep, we reckon if you told your kids the “Babynator” were coming to get them, they definitely wouldn’t step out of line!
