Shah Rukh Khan Prepones Chennai Express Shoot

Shah Rukh Khan was to begin filming of Rohit Shetty directorial, Chennai Express, towards the end of October, but he will now start filming a month earlier.
Shah Rukh wants to keep his dates free when his champion IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders play the Champion's League in South Africa.
The 20-day-long schedule will start on September 27.
The set will be raised at Mehboob studios, Bandra, starting September 1.
Rohit Shetty is totally down with it, because the reshuffling of dates gives him some free time for his sister's wedding on November 11.
Deepika Padukone is reportedly the female lead, but with this reshuffle of dates it remains to be seen if she will be still doing the film.
Incidentally, this will be Deeps' second film with Khan. Her first, Om Shanti Om, was a blockbuster hit which put her on the map.
