Kim Kardashian Not Seeking Quick Divorce to Marry Kanye West

Kim Kardashian has reportedly been telling friends that she is not seeking a quick divorce from Kris Humphries so that she can marry Kanye West.
Sources connected to Kim tell TMZ that she has become "emotionally exhausted" from the divorce drama and her aim is to be quickly rid of Kris, who has become "a cancer" in her life.
Following Wednesday's hearing on her divorce, Kim reportedly told friends, "Kris is the first person I ever had a break-up with and that f**ked with my emotions."
She also recalled how Kris had turned vile once their marriage started to unravel and threatened "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" show producers that he would destroy Kim's career "if the show was not edited right."
Doing some of her own threatening Kim has been telling friends that she would release outtakes of the show that showed Kris to be a "manipulative, vindictive, petty, fame-hungry jerk"
According to the AP, the divorce or annulment is unlikely to be granted before next year.
On Wednesday, Kris' attorney, Marshall Waller, told the court Kim had "no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money."
Waller has asked for detailed records about Kardashian's reality show and wants to depose Kim's mother Kris Jenner and boyfriend Kanye West to prove his contention. He told the court that he is not receiving their cooperation so it would take at least four months for him to be ready for trial.
Kim and Kris married on August 20, 2011 in Montecito, California. The preparations and the wedding were filmed and aired on E! in early October 2011.
Kim filed for divorce from Kris on October 31, 2011 after 72 days of marriage. Kris counter filed for annulment of the marriage on November 30, 2011, claiming the marriage was a fraud.
