Naseeruddin Shah Hasn't Yet Committed to Madhuri Dixit Headlining 'Dedh Ishqiya'

Naseeruddin Shah denies having signed on for 'Dedh Ishqiya,' the sequel to his 2010 film 'Ishqiya.'
Dedh Ishqiya already has Madhuri Dixit, Kangana Ranaut and Arshad Warsi on board, with Shah also expected to reprise his role.
The film is set in Lucknow area and Madhuri will play a Nawabi Begum. A reputed danseuse, Madhuri will feature in a lot of dance sequences.
Shah was asked if he is going to match steps with Madhuri's after his impressive dance moves in The Dirty Picture, Shah said, "I haven't said yes yet."
"Let them approve the script first and show it to me, before I start thinking of dancing with anyone," Shah told HT.
Shah's statement contradicts Abhishek Chaubey's, the writer/director of the film, who recently said that while his script is still incomplete the cast is finalized.
"We have already finalized the cast but since I am about to wrap up the shoot of my current film, I did not get enough time to complete the script of Dedh Ishqiya," Abhishek told Mid-Day.
