Demi Lovat: No Crush On Simon Cowell, Little Nervous over Hosting Teen Choice Awards

X-Factor judge Demi Lovato says her boss Simon Cowell is a cool guy, but not her type.
Demi was quizzed by Ryan Seacrest over online reports that she has developed a crush on Simon, when she appeared on Seacrest's radio show Wednesday, July 18.
"Oh my god. I don't know where you heard that from. That's ridiculous," Lovato said. "I mean, he's a nice looking fellow and I know that the older ladies love him, he's not my type. We have a lot of fun together and you know, deep down he's a really cool guy."
The 19-year-old was more effusive talking about her other panel judge, Britney Spears, when Seacrest asked her what it's like to work with Britney.
"She's amazing and I'm having so much fun with her," Lovato said. "You know, we obviously have both been through a lot so I think that we kind of just get each other a little bit."
"I'm super excited," Lovato said. "I'm a little nervous because I am a little new to hosting and I have one day of rehearsal and then I do it the next day. So, I'm a little bit nervous, but I'm excited."
Seacreat asked Lovato, who is hosting Fox's Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, July 22, whether she was excited over the gig.
"I'm super excited," Lovato said. "I'm a little nervous because I am a little new to hosting and I have one day of rehearsal and then I do it the next day. So, I'm a little bit nervous, but I'm excited."
Lovato also revealed that she has started working on her fourth studio album.
"I'm in the process of writing my fourth album," she said. "I haven't come up with a lot yet. I'm still experimenting with what direction I want to go in right now."
